Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a form or message.
• Answers you choose to share, such as the topic you are interested in or your answers to our short quiz.
• Booking details when you schedule a call through Calendly: the time you picked and the answers on the booking form.
• Facebook and Instagram lead forms: when you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the answers on that form with us, such as your name, email and phone number.
• Messages you send us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, by email or by text message.
• Basic website data: pages visited, the device and browser used, and how you found us, through cookies and analytics tools, only as allowed by your cookie choices.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and follow up on your request.
• To schedule and prepare for the conversations you book.
• To send you the information, reminders and educational emails you asked for.
• To send text messages, only if you agreed to receive them.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your request and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of any purchase. Your mobile number and text consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Emails

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click takes you off our list.

Services that help us

We use trusted service providers to run our business, and they handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare, to host this website and store our records.
• Calendly, to book calls.
• Resend or our email provider, to send emails, and Twilio, to send text messages.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you contact us or submit a lead form there.
• Google, for website analytics and to help draft replies with artificial intelligence. Every message is reviewed by our rules before it is sent, and your information is not used to train public models.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are in touch with you and for as long as needed for our records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices and deleting your data

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including information that came from Facebook or Instagram. To do so:

• Email fombos@yahoo.com with the subject "Delete my data", from the email address you gave us, or tell us the phone number you used.
• We will confirm and delete your information within 30 days.

You can also reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email, to stop hearing from us.

Security

We use secure, encrypted connections and limit access to your information to the people who need it to help you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children

This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
